SEWER SAVINGS items are products with minor cosmetic flaws, discontinued designs, or slight misprints, nothing that affects how they function or fit into your display. Each product listing will clearly note the imperfection so there are no surprises. Everything here is still handmade with care, just a little too “unique” for full price. Items are one offs so quantities are limited.

• During the production of the Channel 6 Building, my vapor smoothing process damaged a few areas that required me to patch them with custom ooze pieces.
• The Grey Baseplate is a prototype that shows artifacts from non-optimized 3d printing settings.

If you already own the sewer layer expansion set but just want to be able to swap this building in and out of your display set up, this is the set for you! Bring your Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection to life with this custom-designed building! Made with collectors in mind, it blends nostalgia, creativity, and craftsmanship into a unique display piece.

- Three story street-level building giving homage to the cartoon news building, complete with battle damage, transparent windows, revolving door, and a breakaway wall!

Assembly Required: Pieces are easy to assemble with included instructions.

Materials: Made with vapor smoothed 3D-printed filament for a glossy finish or textured finish plus enhanced durability; all to minimize layer lines.

**This is a 3d printed product that is post processed by hand via trimming and vapor smoothing to greatly reduce the appearance of layer lines and rough edges. Not all rough edges can be entirely eliminated. Pieces may vary slightly from photos shown on this listing.
