If you already own the sewer layer expansion set but just want to be able to swap this building in and out of your display set up, this is the set for you! Bring your Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection to life with this custom-designed building! Made with collectors in mind, it blends nostalgia, creativity, and craftsmanship into a unique display piece.

- Three story street-level building giving homage to the cartoon news building, complete with battle damage, transparent windows, revolving door, and a breakaway wall!
- Display base that will connect to future Petranek Design products (follow my shop for news!)

- Sewer lid which is swappable with original sewer lair manhole cover.
- Monitor tower and camera with custom artwork by Camel Moon Studios
- Teleprompter with reversible artwork card by Camel Moon Studios

Assembly Required: Pieces are easy to assemble with included instructions.

Materials: Made with vapor smoothed 3D-printed filament for a glossy finish or textured finish plus enhanced durability; all to minimize layer lines.
