Thank you for shopping at Petranek Designs! Each item is handmade with care and precision in my home workshop. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.
Processing Times
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 10 business days for production before your item ships. During peak seasons or restock periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.
You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and your location. Some items may have shipping included in the total price, as noted in the product description.
Delivery times after dispatch:

Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days
Domestic Shipping
We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order leaves the studio.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you’re located internationally and interested in our products, please reach out via petranekdesigns@gmail.com to discuss options.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Delays and Issues
We do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows, but delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. If your item is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please email me at petranekdesigns@gmail.com so I can help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Petranek Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your item, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors. Then contact us, and we’ll do what we can to assist.
