Frequently Asked Questions

When will my item be back in stock?
I work out of my garage and hand-finish every item. I only list as many products as I can realistically produce and ship in a given month. If something is out of stock, it’ll likely return next month, so check back or join the email list for restock updates.

Are the action figures or original/vintage playsets included?
No, any figures, vintage playsets, or vintage accessories shown in the photos are for display and scale reference only. They’re not included with your purchase.

Each listing clearly outlines what’s included, and everything I sell is custom-designed and 3D printed by me. If you ever have questions about what comes with a specific product, feel free to reach out!

How fast will I get my order?
Production starts after your order is placed. Most orders ship within 10 days, but if I receive multiple orders on the same day, the queue might push it back a little. You'll get a shipping notification with tracking once it’s on the way. I try to get orders into your hands within 4 weeks from when you place your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I accept returns for 30 days following delivery. I do not pay for return shipping. If there’s a problem with your order (like damage during shipping), reach out and I’ll make it right.

Can I get the STL files to print myself?
No, Sorry. Selling the digital files would undermine the work I put into designing, testing, and producing these pieces. You’re not just buying plastic—you’re buying my time, process, and craftsmanship.

What materials do you use?
Most of my pieces are made using 3D Printing filament and then vapor smoothed for a clean, finished look. I’ve dialed in the quality over time, and I stand by it.

Can I request a custom design?
Maybe. If it fits within the Petranek Designs style and I have bandwidth, I’m open to discussing custom work. Send me a message with what you’re thinking, and I’ll let you know if it’s doable.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, I only ship within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). International shipping is possible depending on your location. Please email me at petraneksdesigns@gmail.com to inquire about options.
